Editorial team

Four roles produce everything on this site, and each one is accountable for something specific. We list them here with the names attached, because a site arguing that credentials should be verifiable has to make its own verifiable first.

Who does what

Editor

Decides what gets covered, holds the final call on wording, and owns the corrections process. Named on every article as the author or the editor.

Source verification

Every statement about the FHA, the ADA, the ACAA and state law is checked against the agency’s own published text. A claim that cannot be traced to a primary source is cut.

Clinical reviewer

A licensed mental health professional. Checks everything the site says about conditions, evaluations, and what a letter does and does not establish.

Reviewing clinicians

The licensed clinicians who conduct evaluations for the letter add-on. The same three clinicians, with their full credentials, on our clinicians.

The team

Every person named below is real and independently checkable. Where a role is carried by the business rather than by a named individual, the page says so rather than inventing a name.

How to reach us

Corrections, questions about a source, or a request to speak to whoever wrote a particular article: use the contact page and name the article. Our standards are set out in the editorial policy, and the review workflow is described in how we review content.
